You can see your co-authors’ cursors moving in real-time, accompanied by their profile avatars at the top of the screen.

- Inline Notes & Feedback: The Notes feature has been stabilized and synced, allowing teams to leave contextual comments and feedback directly on specific blocks.
- Offline Editing Support: If you lose your internet connection on a train or flight, you can keep typing. WordPress 7.0 will automatically sync your data with the team the moment you reconnect.
Technically, this real-time sync relies on an HTTP polling sync provider by default to ensure universal compatibility, though web hosts can optimize this by enabling WebSocket support. Ultimately, this feature drastically reduces publishing delays and centralizes the entire editorial process right where it belongs: inside WordPress.
